INCONEL 600(UNS N06600) COIL/STRIP

Nickel-Chromium-Iron Alloy for High-Temperature & Corrosive Service
INCONEL 600 strip is commonly supplied in coils for stamping, forming, expansion joints, gaskets, and heat/corrosion resistant parts requiring consistent thickness and surface quality.
As a professional Chinese nickel-based alloy manufacturer, we supply INCONEL 600 in multiple product forms with stable chemistry, consistent mechanical properties, and flexible dimensional customization for global industrial users.
Typical supply range (custom sizes and tolerances available upon request):
Item | Range / Options | Notes |
Thickness | 0.05 – 3.0 mm | Coils or cut lengths; thicker materials supplied as sheet/plate. |
Width | 5 – 600 mm | Slitting service available; define edge condition if critical. |
Coil ID/OD | ID 300 / 508 mm (typical) | Custom coil ID/OD available upon request. |
Surface finish | 2B / BA / Bright / Polished | Select finish based on forming and appearance requirements. |
Edge | Slit / Rounded / Deburred | Edge conditioning available for precision applications. |
Temper | Annealed / Cold-rolled | Define hardness/temper for springs and stamping. |
Delivery condition | Annealed (standard) | Protective paper/PVC available for surface protection. |
Dimension definition: THK × WIDTH (coil).
• Excellent oxidation resistance up to 1093°C (2000°F) in air and many industrial atmospheres
• Good resistance to carburization and nitriding environments
• Strong resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
• Good resistance to caustic alkalis and many organic/inorganic acids
• High nickel content provides resistance to reducing media and high-purity water corrosion
• Good fabrication and welding performance for demanding service equipment
Element | Ni | Cr | Fe | C | Mn | Si | Cu | S |
