HASTELLOY X(UNSN06002) WIRE

Nickel-Chromium-Iron-Molybdenum Alloy for High-Temperature & Oxidation Resistance
HASTELLOY X wire is used for high-temperature service where oxidation resistance, fabricability, and stability are required. Typical uses include wire belts, grids, mesh, and formed components in furnace and high-temperature process equipment.
As a professional Chinese nickel-based alloy manufacturer, we supply HASTELLOY X wire with stable chemistry, consistent mechanical properties, and flexible dimensional customization for global industrial users.
Typical supply range (custom sizes and tolerances available upon request):
Item | Range / Options | Notes |
Diameter | 0.10 – 12.0 mm | Fine wire by drawing; larger sizes by request. |
Form | Coil / Spool | Cut lengths available by agreement. |
Coil/Spool weight | 5 – 500 kg | Packaging by request (plastic spool / wooden reel). |
Surface finish | Bright / Pickled | Clean surface for weaving and forming. |
Condition | Annealed / Cold-drawn | Define temper for springs/mesh applications. |
Packaging | Spool / Reel / Coil | Export-grade packing available. |
Delivery condition | Solution annealed (standard) | Annealed & bright for fine wire by request. |
Dimension definition: DIA × COIL / SPOOL.
