INCONEL 625(UNSN06625) Sheet/Plate

Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Niobium Alloy with High Strength & Corrosion Resistance
INCONEL 625 sheet and plate are widely used for corrosion-resistant vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and fabricated equipment in chemical processing and pollution-control services. With high chromium content, the alloy provides enhanced resistance to oxidizing media while maintaining excellent performance in reducing environments, plus outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
As a professional Chinese nickel-based alloy manufacturer, we supply INCONEL 625 in multiple product forms with stable chemistry, consistent mechanical properties, and flexible dimensional customization for global industrial users.
Typical supply range (custom sizes and tolerances available upon request):
Item | Range / Options | Notes |
Thickness | 0.5 – 50 mm | Sheet typically ≤ 6 mm; plate typically ≥ 6 mm (project-defined). |
Width | Up to 2000 mm | Slitting service available; define tolerance if critical. |
Length | Up to 6000 mm | Cut-to-length (shearing) by agreement; define tolerance if critical. |
Surface finish | 2B / No.1 / BA / Polished | PVC protective film optional for surface-critical parts. |
Edge | Mill edge / Slit edge | Deburring / edge conditioning available. |
Flatness / tolerance | Per ASTM/EN or as agreed | Define flatness for heat-exchanger plates and welded assemblies. |
Delivery condition | Solution annealed (standard) | Annealed & pickled/bright depending on thickness/finish. |
Dimension definition: THK × WIDTH × LENGTH.
• Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride media
• Outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
• Strong resistance to oxidizing and reducing acids in mixed process media
• Withstands wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions
• High chromium content improves resistance to oxidizing media; suitable for use in the as-welded condition
• Good fabrication and welding performance for CPI equipment
Element | Ni | Cr | Mo | Fe | W | Mn | Si | C |
