INCOLOY 718(UNSN07718) PIPE/TUBE

High-Strength Nickel-Chromium Alloy for Cryogenic to 704°C Applications
INCOLOY 718 pipe and tube are widely used for corrosion-resistant piping systems, heat exchanger tubing, scrubbers, and process lines in aggressive chemical environments. The alloy offers exceptional resistance to oxidizing and reducing media, outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and strong resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
As a professional Chinese nickel-based alloy manufacturer, we supply INCOLOY 718 in multiple product forms with stable chemistry, consistent mechanical properties, and flexible dimensional customization for global industrial users.
Typical supply range (custom sizes and tolerances available upon request):
Item | Range / Options | Notes |
OD | 6 – 914 mm | OD range depends on seamless/welded; specify tolerance if critical. |
Wall Thickness | 0.7 – 20 mm | Wall thickness depends on OD and type; specify tolerance if critical. |
Length | Up to 12000 mm | Fixed length or random length by agreement. |
Type | Seamless / Welded | Seamless per ASTM B622; welded per ASTM B619/B626 on request. |
Surface finish | Pickled / Bright / Polished | Surface condition per specification and application. |
End | Plain / Beveled / Threaded | End preparation available for welding/installation. |
Delivery condition | Solution annealed (standard) | NDT/PMI/hydrotest available per project requirement. |
Dimension definition: OD × WT × LENGTH.
• Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride media
• Outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
• Strong resistance to oxidizing and reducing acids in mixed process media
• Withstands wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions
• High chromium content improves resistance to oxidizing media; suitable for use in the as-welded condition
• Good fabrication and welding performance for CPI equipment
